Archduke Leopold voted out of Habsburg family

January 7, 1903

A council "of members of the Tuscan branch of the Habsburg family," have :resolved to pay" Archduke Leopold Ferdinand, "his eventual share of the family fortune, according to the New York Times.

Archduke Ludwig Viktor represented Emperor Franz Joseph at the meeting.

Archduke Leopold, who accompanied his sister, Crown Princess Luise of Saxony, when she eloped to Geneva with her children's tutor, Andre Giron, has also been dismissed from the Habsburg family.
